As an account manager, you manage communication between the clients assigned to you and the technicians in the field.
You ensure that assignments proceed smoothly according to an optimal schedule that you have created yourself using our proprietary software.
You are the key liaison between our partners, technicians, and clients.
Your profile:
- Communicative and accurate
- Service minded and customer oriented
- Teamplayer
- Proficiency in Dutch: very good
- Proficiency in French: good to very good
- Experience within the sector is definitely a plus.
